My summer

This summer, I had my quinceanera. A quinceanera is a spanish tradition that my family has. At the age 15, we celebrate a young girl becoming a women. I am the second child to have a quinceanera, the first being my older sister. The theme I picked was Asian. I love the Asian culture, so I wanted to share it with my family. Over 60 people came, including my good friends Taylor, Citlali, and Brieana. There was Asian food along and music along with Hispanic food and music. My family loves to take pictures and took about 20 pictures of me and my guest. While everyone was dancing, I was playing with my little cousins Liberty and Adriel. Before everyone left, my grandpa gave me his blessing, since my dad didn't want to. I really enjoyed my quinceanera and I wish I could have another one.Now this year we are playing the twins quinceanera.

  1. Christina, that sounds like such fun. I went to a quinceanera last year. It was cool to see that tradition. My family did not do this for my sister.
