Christina Michelle
When I was little, I never liked my name. My family has always called me Tina, so I was used to it and had everyone call me Tina. Even my teachers. Christina was such a common name. I hated it when in class, someone had the same name as me. The same with my middle name. Michelle was also too common. Almost everyone had the middle name Michelle. Even my cousin, Amanda. I heard that her name was going to be Christina, but I was born first so my parents named me it instead. One day, I asked my parents why they named me Christina. They told me that they named me after my uncle, my dad's younger brother, Christopher Micheal. My uncle died in a car accident at the age 18, so I never got meet him. They also told me that my first name means "follower of Christ" and my middle name means "who is like God". They wanted me to feel close to God and my uncle. After they told me, I started to feel different. I started to like my name. Knowing who I was named after and what my name means, I felt proud to be named Christina Michelle. My dad told me that I look and act like my uncle and I might be a reincarnation of him. I still hate it when kids in my class has the same name as me, but I know my name has that special meaning in that other kids don't have.
